My cousin Stevie Compogonis' seventh birthday party in January. Stevie's brother, Aléssandro, at four years old, is a true gourmand. At the beginning of the night, he nibbled on some tortilla chips and bean dip, saving his little stomach for the main courses. Dutifully eating his salad (and asking for seconds?!), he made quite sure to lick his plate clean of sweet and spicy chicken molé...
